RightHand

An AI shopping assistant that answers customer questions on your storefront using your real product catalog and your own knowledge base.

• Answers from your catalog. Replies are grounded in live product data from your store, so the assistant doesn’t invent products or prices.
• Your knowledge, your voice. Add materials, FAQs, policies, and a personality so answers match how you actually talk to customers.
• Context-aware. The assistant knows the page the shopper is on and what’s in their cart before it replies.
